Shipping Cost
All the products of the online store www.kallinuts.gr are available for collection from our physical headquarters Serfiotou Square 10, Piraeus-Kallipoli Attica or shipping by courier throughout Greece and delivery to the address you wish within 1-5 days. For some remote areas the delivery time can reach 7 days. In case of a delay of more than 7 days, www.kallinuts.gr will contact you beforehand.
For orders with a total product value of €30 or more, shipping costs are free up to 5 kg of total product weight and an additional €1.20 for each subsequent kg.!
For orders less than €30, shipping costs of €2.2 up to 2 kilos of total product weight are charged and an additional €0.60 for each subsequent kilo.
Outside the city, for orders less than €30, shipping costs up to 2 kilos of total product weight are charged €2.80 and for each additional kilo €0.80.
Island destinations for orders less than €30, shipping costs up to 2 kilos of total product weight are charged €3.50 and for each additional kilo €1.
Please note that if you choose the payment method for your order to be "Cash on Delivery" upon receipt, there is an additional charge of €1.50.
The products are shipped with the courier company ACS courier.

Return Policy
The products should be kept at room temperature and in a shady place. Throughout the year, our store takes care of the proper storage and preservation of the items we keep in stock. During the packaging and shipping of each order, the products are checked for any failures or foreign bodies that may be present. In case something like this happens, the shipment is not made from the same batch of product but from a new collection point. During the summer months, storage should be done in the refrigerator, especially oily fruits such as flaxseed and nuts.
Returns on products are not accepted because the traded product is not suitable for return, for reasons of health protection or for reasons of hygiene.
Returns are only accepted due to our own fault.
PRODUCT RETURNS IN CASE OF OUR LIABILITY
In cases where the products you ordered have exceeded the expiry date.
